POH PIA TOD (Vegetarian Fried Thai Spring Rolls)
Minced cabbage, carrots, taro, cilantro, black mushroom, and bean-thread noodles wrapped in rice paper, then deep fried and served with sweet-n-sour sauce

Pot stickers stuffed with minced chicken, steamed, placed on a bed of mixed greens, sprinkled with roasted garlic & served with a sweet ginger soy sauce
